Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks 5 minutes. Add water.
    Cook in double boiler and keep on beating egg yolks.
    Add cold butter in little lumps, beating continuously.
    When sauce is thick, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
