Antipasto Salad - cooking recipe

1 160z. Ronzoni Rotini
2 C. Green Pepper, chopped
2 C. Fresh Tomato, chopped
1 1\\2 C. Onion, chopped
3\\4 C. Provolone Cheese
1\\4 - 1\\2 lb. thinly sliced hard salami
1\\2 C. Black Olives, sliced
1 Can Anchovy Fillets, drained and chopped
3\\4 C. Olive Oil
1\\2 C. Red Wine Vinegar
1\\4 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1\\2 tsp. Black Pepper
Preparation
-
Cook pasta as directed, drain, rinse with cold water, drain well.
In bowl combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Stir gently, cover and refrigerate. Serves 12.
