Copper Penny Salad(Diet Version) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 c. red onions
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Sugar Twin (brown sugar)
    3 to 4 Sweet 'N Low packets
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook carrots; cut into small chunks.
    Combine onions and peppers.
    Bring remainder of ingredients to boil.
    Combine with rest of ingredients.
    Let set a few hours in refrigerator.
