Husband'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 bag egg noodles (wide) or 1 small bag medium noodles
2 cans tomato sauce
couple good shakes of onion powder and garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar (to cut down on bitterness)

Preparation

Cook noodles until almost done.
Drain and add cold water to prevent further cooking.
Set aside.
Brown meat and drain.
Add tomato sauce and spices.
Simmer 15 minutes.
