E-Z Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) box lasagne noodles, uncooked
6 c. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Spread one cup of spaghetti sauce in bottom of lasagne pan, press first layer of uncooked noodles into the sauce.
Top with a portion of each of the cheeses and about 1 cup of sauce.
Repeat layering until cheese is used.
Top with remaining sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Allow to stand 15 minutes before cutting into squares for serving.
Makes about 8 servings.
