Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. tomatoes, remove seeds, juice and skin
    8 Tbsp. hot pepper, minced
    4 c. chopped onion
    4 tsp. ground coriander
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare tomatoes.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cook to boiling. Pack in half pint jars and process in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
