Potato Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. onion rings, cut from fresh onions
3 Tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
4 c. diced potatoes (uncooked)
2/3 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
2 tsp. salt
3 c. boiling water
1 qt. milk
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
-
Slice onions and separate into rings.
Brown until golden in butter or vegetable oil.
Add diced potatoes, sliced olives, salt and boiling water.
