Lemon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Beat eggs and add milk, butter and lemon peel.
Add salt, baking powder and sugar and mix well.
Add flour and mix only until just blended.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
