Coconut Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and eggs.
    Add buttermilk.
    Add margarine.
    Put 1/2 of coconut in bottom of each pie crust.
    Pour batter over coconut and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
