Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 8 oz. tomato sauce
    2 eggs
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 tube crackers
    catsup
    salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper, tomato sauce and eggs.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add enough crackers to absorb the liquid and make the mixture hold its form.
    Pour into an oblong baking dish.
    Cover with catsup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
