Chili For 100 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 to 35 lb. ground beef
    6 gal. chili beans
    12 cans tomato paste
    6 pkg. chili mix
    2 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    2 or 3 green peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Saute ground beef, onions, celery and green pepper until meat is no longer pink.
    Add chili mix.
    Add water to thin tomato paste.
    Make the thickness of chili to personal preference.
    Simmer several hours.
