Pennywise Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion juice or onion flavoring (optional; your choice)
Preparation

Combine crumbs and milk.
Combine all other ingredients; add to crumb mixture and blend.
Shape meat in form of T-bone steak. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.
Spread with butter lightly (pats).
Broil 6 to 10 minutes to desired doneness.
Turn and broil other side.
