Breaded Herbed Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 catfish fillets
    butter flavored spray
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients. Coat fillets with spray; dredge in bread crumb mixture.
    Place on a broiler pan coated with spray and bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
