Uncooked Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
1 c. dates
1 c. figs
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 box seeded raisins
1 c. small gumdrops
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 1/2 c. sweet cream
1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Chop nuts, dates, figs, cherries, raisins and gumdrops.
Mix in a large container.
Mix cream and marshmallows and let set overnight or warm cream and add marshmallows.
Add to fruit and nuts with half of crushed crackers and spices.
Mix well.
Add the rest of the crackers.
This may seem dry, but do not add more liquid.
Press firmly into a mold or tube pan lined with foil.
