Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. flour
3 c. cut rhubarb
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts; put in 9 x or 10 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
