Tangy Herb Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    grated peel of 1 lemon
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh herbs (one or a combination of thyme, basil, rosemary, tarragon, oregano and mint)
Preparation
    In a jar with lid, combine all ingredients.
    Chill.
    Shake well before serving.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
