Enchirito Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. tortillas (12 oz.)
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. salsa
2 cans refried beans
Preparation

Cook hamburger.
Drain.
Add refried beans.
Cook until heated. Warm tortillas (until soft enough to fold).
Spoon beans and hamburger mixture into middle of tortillas.
Fold bottom up and take one slice and roll over to close.
Place rolled tortillas in square casserole pan.
Pour salsa over tortillas and cover with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated and cheese is melted.
