Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes
2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Preparation

Wash potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.
Place potatoes and oil in mixing bowl and mix until potatoes are well coated. Add onion soup mix.
Mix well.
Place potatoes in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown and tender.
