Far East Casserole(Vegetable Casserole) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. celery pieces, cut in about 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 c. boiling salted water
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, not diluted
Preparation

Cook celery in boiling water for 8 minutes, just until slightly crisp.
Mix all ingredients together and place in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole.
