Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oats
1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Add boiling water to quick oats; set aside to cool.
Combine margarine, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and oat mixture.
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add to first mixture.
