Zucchini & Hot Sausage Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-2 lb. Hot Sausage Links, Cut into Small Pieces
    1 Large Onion Cut into Pieces
    1 Stalk Celery Cut in Slices
    3 Cups Sliced Zucchini
    2 Jars La Russa Green Pepper in Sauce
    1 Jar La Russa Roasted Peppers
    2 Can Ro-tell Chopped Tomatoes with Green Chile
    1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    1 Cup Instant Rice
    2 Tbsp. Oil
Preparation
    Cook onions in 2 Tbsp. oil.
    Add celery.
    Then sausage.
    Brown and Drain.
    Put in a large pot and add peppers in sauce and roasted peppers, tomatoes with chilies.
    Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
    Add parmesan cheese and rice.
    Cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
    You can use Fresh peppers and tomato sauce if you want.
    Very good with Italian Bread.
