Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carton sour cream
    10 oz. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Thaw the potatoes.
    Mix all the ingredients.
    Take 2 cups corn flakes and mix with 1/4 cup butter.
    Put it on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
