Crumble Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
-
Brown beef and drain.
Add onion, green pepper and celery. Simmer until onion is soft.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour, uncovered.
Serve on buns.
