Donna'S Zucchini Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown zucchini and onion in oil.
    Place in 2-quart baking dish.
    Brown beef; drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, garlic, salt and cinnamon.
    Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Spread over zucchini and onion.
    Blend cottage cheese and egg; spread over meat.
    Sprinkle Parmesan over all.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
