1 c. chilled whipping cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat whipping cream in a chilled bowl until stiff.
Beat eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy; fold into whipped cream.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Fold into mixture.
