Glorified Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 lb. chicken breast, cubed
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can milk
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    In skillet, using medium heat, cook chicken until brown on all sides.
    Remove from heat and drain off fat.
    Stir in soup, black pepper, thyme and milk.
    Return to low heat, cover and simmer 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over toast or rice.
    Serves 4.
