Sweet-Sour Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast (3 1/2 or 4 lb.)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    Pour off fat.
    Combine tomato sauce, lemon juice, water, rind, 1/2 teaspoon salt, brown sugar and nutmeg in saucepan. Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Add juice to mixture; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add pineapple and raisins.
    Pour over roast.
    Roast until done, about 2 hours.
