Ingredients

1 small can grated pineapple
2 lemons
3 oranges
1/2 c. water
3 lb. granulated sugar
Preparation

Removes seeds of lemons and oranges; chop in food processor. Mix together.
Add pineapple, sugar and water.
Stir to dissolve sugar. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil for 1/2 hour after mixture starts to boil and not more than 3/4 hour at the most.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses and cover with paraffin.
Makes 8 jelly glasses.
