German Farmers Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper
    1 small green pepper, diced
    3 large potatoes, diced
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, Colby or American)
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp.
    Crumble into small pieces.
    Add green pepper, onion, potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat, about 5 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
    Break eggs over potato mixture and cook until eggs are set.
