Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish.
Crush 1 tube Ritz crackers and combine with 1 stick melted butter.
Spread over potato mixture; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
