Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushroom caps, cleaned and stemmed
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    8 oz. crabmeat, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion (very fine)
    5 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Brush mushroom caps with butter and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients and fill caps.
    Place on baking pan, filled side up.
    Broil 6 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and mushrooms are heated through.
