Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie crust
    6 slices crisp bacon
    3 to 6 oz. Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Crumble the bacon into shell. Cover with the cheese. Beat eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Pour into shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
