Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, bulk sausage and ground veal
    1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. chopped fresh basil and oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 cans crushed tomatoes
    1 can paste
Preparation
    Brown meat in heavy skillet; drain off fat.
    Add onion, garlic and spices.
    Cook until onions are translucent.
    Add tomatoes and paste; simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Add water if needed and adjust seasoning to your taste.
    Serve over cooked pasta.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
