Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    40 Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender and remove from bone.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Mix together with soup, sour cream and poppy seed.
    Pour into large (11 x 14) greased baking dish.
    Crush crackers and pour over mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 to 40 minutes or until brown. Great for potlucks.
