Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans light red kidney beans
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 large bag shredded cheese
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/4 head lettuce
    2 large bags Doritos
    1 large tomato, chopped
Preparation
    In a large skillet, fry hamburger and onion.
    Drain grease. Add tomato paste, kidney beans, taco seasoning and 1 1/2 cups water.
    Simmer 15 minutes or until thickens.
    In a large bowl, crush 1 bag of chips on bottom, 1/2 layer of peppers, lettuce and tomatoes.
    Layer 1/2 of cheese on top, then add hot meat mixture, then rest of cheese, then rest of pepper, tomato and lettuce.
    Top with 1 bag of chips (not crushed).
