Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
baby packaged fresh carrots
brussel sprouts
broccoli
cauliflower
zucchini
yellow squash
Preparation

Place vegetables in a pan with the water and vinegar.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and cover.
Cook 10 minutes. Remove lid and turn heat up and allow liquid to reduce and glaze the vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve.
