Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    pineapple slices
    maraschino cherries
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pineapple juice
    cherry juice
Preparation
    In an ovenproof skillet, melt margarine; add brown sugar and mix thoroughly.
    Arrange pineapple slices and cherries over mixture.
    Cream together until fluffy the shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, vanilla and juices; mix well.
    Pour batter over pineapple and brown sugar mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until cake tests done.
