Chop Chey(Korean Spaghetti) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. saifun (available in Oriental market)
    1 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut into 2-inch strips
    3 carrots, cut lengthwise into very thin strips
    1 large onion, sliced and rings separated
    1 bag fresh spinach
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown meat in sesame seed oil.
    Add carrots and cook until tender.
    Add mushrooms, onion and green onions.
    Boil spinach about 3 minutes (do not overcook).
    Drain.
    Cut spinach to break up bigger pieces.
