Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimento
1 pkg. corn bread mix (don't use Jiffy, it's too sweet)
3/4 stick margarine
1 (No. 2) can whole corn
1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
3 eggs, beaten
chopped hot peppers, if desired
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients; mix well.
Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cook a little longer if needed to be sure middle is done.
