Road Runner Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, prepared according to pkg. directions
    2 pkg. frozen French-style string beans, cooked and drained
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Prepare stuffing according to directions.
    Butter bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread 1/2 of stuffing mix on bottom.
    Cover with diced chicken or turkey.
    Spread cooked string beans on chicken. Add a layer of fresh mushrooms.
