Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 c. peeled, diced apples (tart)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook on high in crock-pot 5 hours with lid on and 5 hours with lid off.
    This can be frozen or stored in refrigerator or canned.
