Low-Fat Cheesy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick vegetable spray
    1 lb. baking potatoes
    1/4 c. fat-free Ranch dressing
    1/4 c. shredded Alpine Lace Free and Lean Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with vegetable spray.
    Wash potatoes thoroughly.
    Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Toss potatoes and dressing in baking dish until potatoes are coated.
    Cover with cheese.
    Bake for 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Per serving: 111 calories and 1 gram fat.
