Low-Cal Pumpkin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pumpkin
    2 or 3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    artificial Sugar Twin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in saucepan and cook on medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.
    Spices can be increased to taste.
    This is a good pudding for diabetics.
