Carrot Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. carrots, finely grated
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Sift together flour and cornmeal; add to creamed mixture.
    Add carrots, nuts and raisins; mix thoroughly.
    Pour into a well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 to 50 minutes.
    Yields 12 servings.
