Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped, peeled apples
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar; beat well.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, salt and soda.
    Add to oil mixture.
    Stir in nuts and apples.
    Pour into greased 9 x 14-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
