Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1 can apple pie filling
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.
Mix in coconut.
Put mixture lightly into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Arrange apples on warm crust. Blend sour cream and eggs; drizzle over apples.
Bake 25 minutes, or until edges are light brown.
Serve warm.
