Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal cutlets
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. oil
    6 to 7 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Flatten cutlets to 1/8-inch thickness by pounding.
    Season and coat evenly with grated cheese.
    Brown in hot olive oil 3 minutes on each side.
