Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 qt. blackberries
    2 or 3 Tbsp. butter
    sugar to sweeten berries
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
Preparation
    Sweeten blackberries to taste; set aside in a large saucepan. Combine milk, flour, salt, baking powder and shortening.
    Roll out dough.
    Place 1/2 of dough in pan.
    Cook blackberries until they reach a rolling boil.
    Add flour or cornstarch and butter; cook until they begin to thicken.
    Place remainder of dough on top; sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
