Chicken Bobbie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 chicken breasts (remove skin)
1 c. nonfat sour cream
1 can celery soup
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
3/4 tsp. paprika
8 oz. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick oleo (I use nonfat oleo)
Preparation

Melt oleo in a small skillet.
Add crushed Ritz crackers and mix well.
Set aside.
Boil chicken breasts until tender.
Cool. Cut in bite size pieces.
Add sour cream, soup, dill weed and paprika.
Mix well.
Pour in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch casserole, sprayed with Pam.
Place cracker crumbs on top; bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with salad and green beans.
