Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 lb. beef stew meat or steak
    6 medium potatoes
    6 carrots
    2 onions
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place meat in bottom of casserole dish.
    Put soup mix, salt and paprika over meat, spreading evenly; mix well.
    Arrange carrots, onions and potatoes on top of meat.
    Spread soup (cream of celery) over all.
    Bake, covered, for 2 hours or until meat is done in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Add catsup and parsley over stew.
    Serve with tossed salad and rolls.
